تلقى المستشار ياسر رفاعي، المحامي العام الأول لنيابات استئناف الإسكندرية، التقرير النهائي من مصلحة الطب الشرعي، بشأن وفاة الشاب خالد محمد سعيد،والذي تم إعادة تشريح جثته بمعرفة اللجنة الثلاثية برئاسة كبير الأطباء الشرعيين، الدكتور السباعي أحمد السباعي، والتي أمر بتشكيلها المستشار عبد المجيد محمود، النائب العام.

وورد في التقرير أن الوفاة نتيجة "إسفكسيا" الاختناق، نتيجة إنسداد المسالك الهوائية بجسم غريب، ثبت من تحليل هذا الجسم أنه عبارة عن لفافة بلاستيكية تحوي مادة خضراء اللون ثبت أنها لنبات (البانجو).

وتبين وجود إصابات بأنحاء جسد المتوفي نتيجة الاصطدام بأجسام صلبة، ولا يمنع اتفاق حدوثها مع ما جاء في تقرير الطب الشرعي السابق، والتي أكد فيها أنها نتيجة لمحاولة السيطرة على الشاب أثناء القبض عليه،  لكن الاصابات في مجملها بسيطة ولا يمكن أن تؤدي إلى الوفاة.

وثبت بتحليل الأحشاء وجود آثار لمادة "الترامادول"المخدرة، وأن الصورة التي التقطت وقدمت إلى النيابة، والخياطة الموجودة بها، كانت بعد إجراء عملية التشريح.

We talk...talk....talk....and nothing happens...
Khaled dies, Sherif hangs himself, whatever happens will pass...
PATHETIC is the slogan of this era, everything is pathic from "El Magary" to Education.
But the most patheric of all is that everyone I meet lately is trying to find a way to get another nationality American, European, or even Asian!

I used to blame people for that, but I can't anymore. I see that having another nationality now is like having a gun to defend yourself, it is a self-defense weapon, and the one who can afford, should not hestitate to buy it.
I recommend you to see 3asal Eswed for Ahmed Helmy, it is really released on time, and it tells you how far have we reached in being 10th class citizen's in our country..

I am still talking bardo, but since I don't know what else I can do and make a difference, at least I am documenting this talking on this blog, may be someone will enlighten us and tells us how can we escape our black destination other than having another nationality?!

El 3asal has gone khalas, all what we are left with is "Eswed". However,We shouldn’t hate Egypt. Egypt is us. I personally consider them occupying our land as the British used many decades ago. One day Egypt will get its independence… how i really don’t know, but this is OUR COUNTRY not theirs. Don’t lose faith that one day we will take it back and celebrate our real INDEPENDENCE DAY.

Till when will some of the police officers treat us like animals, actually like insects?! Does the word human mean anything to them? It is not "7awadeth Fardeya" anymore. Beating us is a trend and for no real reason. What the hell did we do to them? We are eating shit and trying to be as patient as "Ayoub".... Eihhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh fen el ra7ma, mesh keda, mesh keda, walahi 7aram..... La Ilah ila Allah, 7asbya Allah feekom.

 خالد محمد سعيد صبحى(28 عاما) مات وسط زهول الجميع ,وصمت الجميع!!

خالد لم يكن إرهابيا مطاردا تطلبه الشرطة -حيا او ميتا - ولم يكن يمثل خطرا على أى شئ فى الحياة ,التى فارقها دون ذنب ,أو جريمة .

..كعادته ذهب خالد "الى نت كافيه" بشارع بوباست , بمنطقة كليوباترا , التابعة لقسم شرطة سيدى جابر!! واثناء جلوس خالد فى "النت كافيه" لاحظ دخول مخبرين يفتشون رواد الكافيه بغلظة لم يقبلها خالد مبديا امتعاضه فقط ..

.. وقبل ان يبدى خالد اعتراضه على الإجراء التعسفى ,سحبه المخبر محمود الفلاح من ملابسه وصفعه على وجهه,لم يكذب عوض المخبر الأخر زميله الفلاح و انهال على خالد بالصفعات ,واللكمات,حتى سقط الشاب خالد على ارض النت كافيه وسط ذهول الجميع من رواد الكافيه و اصحابه

..فجأه أمسك أحد المخبرين برأس خالد ,وظل يرطمها فى رخامة بالمقهى ,حتى فقد خالد الوعى ,وسالت الدماء من فمه و وجهه ,بينما اصحاب المقهى يتوسلون للمخبرين بالتوقف عن ضربه , فسحبه أحدهم مرة أخرى الى مدخل عقار مجاور للمقهى و أنهالوا عليه ركلا وضربا ورطما لجسده بمدخل العقار وبوابته الحديدية 

..خالد كان يلفظ أنفاسه الاخيرة ,بينما الجناة يحملون جسده النحيل و يلقون به داخل سيارة الشرطة ,التى انطلقت به بعيدا عن عيون الناس والشهود وعادت بعد مده بسيطة لتلقى بالجثة فى قارعة الطريق!!

..مات خالد .. دون ان يعرف جريمته,دون أن يفهم احد لماذا قتلوه!!

694) Hanging for Marriage !!

For 2 successive months, 2 Egyptians died the same way (one killed, and other committed suicide) and both because of having their proposals refused.
- The 1st one was Mohamed in Lebanon who killed his lover's family and the people punished him by hanging him in the street.
- The 2nd was Amr, the 30 years old guy who was refused by Mona's family 3 times, and then he decided to kill himself by hanging from Kasr El Aini Bridge.

I am wondering what is the relation between Hanging and Marriage?!
The weird thing is that quite significant number of the people who are married wants BARDO to commit suicide!!

I really don't know what is the right thing to do in order to save humanity from those Sadistic people who enjoy killing of the innocent then claim that they were attacking them in the international waters!!!

Israel rulers know that they will do whatever they want and no one will stop them. Isn't that disappointing!

692) Challenging Yourself - Episode 1 !

"It is an irony of life that satisfaction and security are the enemies of excellence."

While I was preparing to start a new series about the previous sentence and continue talking about changing our minds, I found my friend & Blog reader Mai posting a great video for one of the reputable Egyptians; Wael El Fakharany, about the "Discomfort of the Comfort Zone". So I decided to share the Video with you and add to it how to get out of your comfort zone.

I have -more or less- made choices close to what Wael did in my life. After having a reputable post, being engaged with a multinational company, having a good salary, I decided to leave all that and work independetly. My family was against me, everyone was wondering about me leaving this warm area, the dream of every man, some people even told be that is "battar 3ala el Ne3ma (not accepting God's blessing)". Actually this didnt stop me, but made me wanting to challenge them and myself more. And now after 5 years, the same people are congratulating me and saying that I was  right, and wondering how did I manage to do all that and match between teaching at AUC, corporate training, consulting, writing, and travelling. It wasnt, isnt, and wont be easy. I will tell you a secret, that is not the end, I am still midway through, and when I done, khalas, next chapter of my life will start EVEN if from scratch.
The thing I may bet Wael for is being the happiest one with his job, I am in love with my job to the extent that I didnt get married "3ashan mageblehash dorra"; just kidding.

By the way, it doesnt have to be the colon, it can be any irritation in the body :)

So in the next 4 Episodes I will be talking about how to move from the comfort zone covering the following:

Yesterday one of my dearest friends (Ammawy) was wondering about the following:

"When they see an attack against Blacks, they call it racism. When they see an attack against Jews, they call it anti-Semitism. When they see an attack against women, they call it male domination. When they see an attack against homosexuality, they call it intolerance. When they see an attack against a religious sect they call it hate. But when they attack "Arabs or Muslims" they call it freedom of speech!!!!!''

The subject grasped my attention, and I asked myself is this because we are really bad, or we are really weak, or we are a threat or the west just cant stand us?

689) Whoever God prefers, Mubarak prefers !!

Last week President Mubarak has enjoyed visiting his favourite place outside Egypt "Italy" after he fully recovered from the surgery ( I really hope that this visit's agenda was mainly to take Italy into our side in the Nile Valley conflict specially that it has big influence in Ethiopia).


What I have noticed in the press conference following his meeting with the Italian PM is that he was taken by a question of who will be his successor. He surprisingly answered: ‘Whoever God prefers, I prefer’... tayeb we malo, wa ne3ma Bellah!. However, at the end of the press conference (documented in Ahram coverage) he said that he and Berlusconi will be opening the Italian University in Egypt in 2017 (he will be about 90), and the Italian PM (who will be about 80) didn't oppose that. This means that God prefers meen ya Welad?

688) Are you Rich enough?!

I have lately been exposed to extreme differences in salaries scales where I know people (Employees in Cairo) who earn 50K per month, and others of the same age and years of experience who don't exceed 4 or 5K. The weird thing that both of them don't consider themselves rich although of one of them is earning 10 times the other.

That brought me to the following question:
How to know if you are rich or not?
Is it by the amount of money your earn, or the amount of money you spend, or if you have supportive friends, and family, or is it a state of mind regardless of what you own?

Are you rich enough?

Women....!

Oh .. Women!

Are you really from the same material man is made of? Are you all aslan from the same material? I don't think so. I think that Women are sooo sophisticated to the extent that every woman can be an independent species of her own (ma3 el e3tizar le 2abou el leef who sees that all women are the same). Women are not the same, they may share common laws, standards, interests, but each woman is a unique case, and that is the BEAUTY OF THEM.

Men, admit it, we do love women, with all the stuff that makes us crazy, we love them, and will always do.... :)

686) Egyptian Humiliation; Feeling Like Home !

I don't think what has happened/is happening to the Egyptians in the last couple of years is a coincidence...


In Khartoum: We was beaten by the Algerians in the streets.
In Darfour: Our peacekeepers were killed.
In Sinai: Our Guards are shot on monthly basis now.
In Saudi Arabia: Our citizens are humiliated.
In Kuwait: We were kicked off the country.
In UAE: We were laid off.
In Algeria: We were poisoned, and our investments are threatened.
In Lebanon: An Egyptian was ... I can even describe what happened.
In Iraq: Our Ambassador was killed.
In Quds: Our Foreign Minister was beaten by shoes.
In Germany: We were killed (Marwa El Sherbini).
In Italy & USA: We were busted and thrown into jails.
In Nile Valley: We were rejected.
In the Mid. and Red Seas: We simply drowned.
In Egypt: We are beaten, rapped, humiliated, killed (on physical and psychological levels),...etc.


It seems that other people want to make us feel home ...


The weird thing that I feel guilty not ashamed... May be because I dont know what to do to stop this snowball of humiliation. It is really hard when you love the country and hate it at the same time.


This country needs a complete revolution and a very soon one as well.

القاهرة - قرر زوجان في المدينة المنورة الانفصال عن بعضهما عقب 3 أعوام من الارتباط، إثر خلاف فقهي نشب بينهما، تمحور حول نتف الحواجب أو ما يعرف ب"النمص".
وذكرت صحيفة "عكاظ" الأحد أن الزوجة تقدمت بطلب طلاق إلى المحكمة، عندما فشلت محاولاتها في إقناع زوجها برأي بعض العلماء، الذين أباحوا "نمص الحواجب"، فيما كان الزوج متمسكا برأي آخر معارض لها.
من جهتها، حولت المحكمة العامة في المدينة المنورة القضية إلى مجلس صلح لتقريب وجهات نظر الزوجين، بيد أن كل طرف تمسك برأيه، ما أدى إلى إنهاء العلاقة الزوجية وحصول الزوجة على صك الطلاق.

680) Personal ::: Being Lazy !

Everyday I go to sleep and wish that I will wake up full of energy, but I wake up as if I haven't slept in weeks!

I eat well, go to the Gym 3 or 4 times per week, I love my work, and I am not lazy by nature, but I feel soooooooo lazy for the last couple of months. I am overwhelmed by doing nothing although I haven't been than busy in years... I am really not excited about doing anything!
Why? Any help?

As if it is not enough to humilate, beat, and putting them in prison... Kill Them, just for demonstrating (which is legal by the way)...

678) "On the Stay" !

I have been wondering lately about the status of "On the Run". I thought from the name, it is a quick-buy shop where the average time stay doesn't exceed 5 mins at most. However, it has been lately noticed that it is always crowded and people may spend 30 mins or more socializing there although the place is not designed or capable of handling all these people for that long! The amazing part is that its current FM Radio campaign has a slogan saying "2abelni Henak" which means Let's meet-up there which I see totally contradicting with the cocept of "On the Run"... Why?!
I am suggesting that it will be more realistic and matching to what is really happening  if it changed its name to "On the Stay"... 2abelni henak ;)

677) The Vision - Eps. 9 (final)- Monitoring!

So what was done so far?

You have set yourself a Mission, some goals, strategies of how to implement it, figured out the barriers and how to overcome it.

It is about time to think about implementing what you have planned, but in order to know if you are going in the right direction or not, you need to set the right milestones for monitoring your implementation.

So what is the duration of these milestones?

Actually it can be set according to time, and in this case it has be long enough to allow you to implement and study what you have done, but short enough to overcome and correct any mistakes or diversion (e.g, every 2 weeks if your plan is a year plan but not every day nor every quarter).

The milestones can be set according to triggers as well. For example, you can say if you saved $10,000, you will be moving to next step (regardless of timing).. or combining time and triggers together.

The most important thing is that you gotta set milestones in order to be able to monitor your performance and be able to evaluate it to know if you are on the right track or not, and be better every time.

676) Personal ::: Tahyees Morakaz 3 !

I am alone, sunset is approaching, so sleepy and lazy to do anything ... I have a class in 2 hours and I went there 3 hours earlier! I have just fired a client in the morning and decided to get rid of his pain, and money as well. I feel that I can't relate to anything even myself. I have also hurt one of my very respected and stubborn friends. I have been even... wala balash..
I don't wanna do anything. I just have just signed couple of big contracts with 2 international reputable instition, and got great feedback from many of my audience and clients about my work. However, I do wanna do anything. I love what I do, and bardo don't wanna do anything.
A whole week aborad in successful business was supposed to make me feel better, but actually I hate Cairo and living in it since the minute I am back (I travel all the time, why this time?!)
I have been walking around in circles in the streets of downtown for the last hour and half.
Imagine what is the topic that pops-up into my mind in such situation?! Ok I will let you guess.
