418) Honna Al Qahira - Part XVI !
WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING!
I am sure if this picture was taken in another country, they would have put the one who took it in jail!!!!
But hey, I am sure that superman/superwoman is standing right below the building and is going to fly to rescue this kid if anything happens.
I am also sure that social services (if such a thing exists in Egypt) took a notice of this and are going to take action right away to protect this kid from his/her unfit parents.
