You seem to ask this question a lot mohaly. The answers are all within you and no one can give the answer to this one question. Search inside and you will find the answer.

Dear Omar, Thanks for the feedback. I find the part about "Compassion is not enough" in the Egyptian dialect particularly helpful. Do you have any suggestions of what I could do to be compassionate and helpful?
I am working on defining "My One", "Mr. Right" at this point based on my own standards and I don't know if my standards could be universal.
Mohaly You will know if someone is the one when you stop wondering if this someone is really the one :) Omar There is no specific answer; it is as scary for both men and women. You can’t just meet someone and run a test that would tell you if he/ she is the one, as the definition for that “One” changes over time. What fits you now might not fit you tomorrow, so whenever you are in doubt, let go with the flow. Que sera, sera :)
I guess there is such a thing called the one, mesh rabena khala2 mn kol nafs zawgaha? akeed zawgaha dah is "the one". bas ya tara el wa7ed leeh kam one ba2a :) dah fi 3elm el 3'ieb
To find "The One," "Your One," "Mr./Ms. Right," you have to find your Golden Inner Compass, Your Higher Self, and then you have to learn and practice using your Inner Golden Compass to find the things that fulfills your deepest desires. That is being true to oneself.
If you don't know what you are looking for, how would you know when you find it.
To make it short, to find "The One," you have to find the Compass first.
Mohaly, mohaly, mohaly :) your problem is that too often, you deal with things as a mathematical equation :) i'll tell you right now, there's no magical moment when you'll hear music in the background, and your heartbeats will start racing, and everything else around you will fade except her.
ok, you already knew that.
then i'll go even further and say, you might love someone, with all your heart and soul, and STILL wonder if he/she is the one!
that's life, nothing is 100% certain, nothing is guaranteed, and the human mind always questions, even the most obvious things.
i'll leave you with 2 quotes that i think are very relevant in this situation:
"the only certainty is that nothing is certain." -Pliny the Elder (23 AD - 79 AD)
"Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd." -Voltaire (1694 - 1778)
Actually men can't love in the same way like women: they can love several girls in the same time, they can easily get over the relationships, and in total they use their head more than heart
The one is the person that is your friend, the person who will still be there after the heady love has gone. The person you will still respect after you disagree and who leaves a hole in your life when they’re not around. The first person you think of when you feel lost and the first person you want to tell when you have success. The person who gives all and expects nothing in return, the person you think of when you wake in the morning and the last one you think of before you sleep at night.
The one you can sit with in silence and not be wondering what you should say next.

Simple, they have a huge pink bubble around them and a huge cartoon sign that says "I'm the one".
