Here is my psychological analysis to your condition:
It looks like this particular song sets your brain into theta state( brain wave frequency range: 4 - 7.5 Hz); which is a hypnotic state. In this state, hypnotic suggestions - like "please don't stop the music"- bypass the conscious mind and go straight to the subconscious mind where they register or "stick" in the brain. And also, suggestions are reinforced by repetition. This woman signer repeated "don't stop the music" about a zillion times. No wonder it sticks like a glue in the subconscious mind.
I think you will survive though. It does not seem like your condition is that serious.
Tamer, I just listened to "the Grape - the Grape" song, interesting one. I am not sure I can offer any useful analysis or insights for this one. The Grape song proved to be beyond my analytic abilities and expertise.
Mohaly, It all depends on what you want out of it. Theta state by itself is neither good nor bad. It is what you do in with it. It is a powerful state of the mind which could be used to make long lasting changes in thoughts and behaviors.
In my opinion there are two approaches to go about this: The liberal approach and the conservative approach.
The liberal approach to this is as follows: Now that you know that this song puts you in theta, you could come up with creative ways to use it. One way is to come up your own lyrics or affirmations, like, I am confident, I live with integrity, I am better and better everyday in every way..anything you wanna change in your thought pattern or behavior)and load it to the music instead of the lyrics that Rihanna sang. Remember to repeat the positive affirmations and put it in the present tense.
The conservative approach to this is as follows: Repeat "Aouz Bellah men elshitan el rageme" (3 times) and "Besmella El Rahman El Raheem" (7 times) every time you hear this particular song.

Hope that helps.
I forgot to mention that if you prefer the liberal approach, make sure not to violate the music copy rights.
