Akl el 3esh ya mohaly. As long as the government doesn't enforce safety and workers' rights by law, you'll find more and more of these things. As I told you before, if the owner of a business asks a worker to perform an unsafe job, and the worker refuses, he knows that he can get someone else to do it for less money.
